Star Plus’ most-watched show Anupamaa enjoys a huge fanbase. Starring Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna in the lead, the show has kept the audiences hooked because of the high-voltage drama in Anu’s life. Apart from topping the BARC ratings every week, the show also constantly trends on social media. The current storyline focuses on Anupamaa attending her farewell party at the Kapadia mansion.

In the previous episodes it was seen that Anupamaa gets injured during a dance-off with Nakul. Unable to walk properly, she is invited by Pakhi to the Kapadia house for her farewell party, as she will be flying off to the US in a few days to fulfil her dream to become a successful dancer. In the upcoming episodes it will be seen that Anuj brings Anu home and dots on her which leaves Maya extremely agitated and jealous. It will be seen that, unable to see the two lovebirds together, watching Anuj take care of Anu, she will attack her with a knife. She will lose her sanity and prove to the family members that she needs professional psychiatric help. According to a report by Telly Chakkar, the family members will be shocked to see Maya attack Anu with a knife, however Anuj will jump in just in time to save his wife. Anuj will then decide to admit her in a psychiatric facility so that she could receive appropriate treatment. With the three year leap just around the corner, fans have been wanting to know how the makers plan on taking Anu and Anuj’s love story ahead.
